INTRODUCTION

• Darshana Sheshrao Dhamdar is working as an Assistant Professor on Clock Hour Basis (CHB) in the Department of Botany, with four years of teaching experience. Strong expertise includes Landscaping, Indoor Gardening, Tissue Culture, and Plant Sciences, along with a commitment to student development through innovative and experiential teaching methods.Research interests are centered on Paleobotany, with a focus on fossilized plant remains from the Deccan Intertrappean Beds of India. Work includes the study of petrified flowers, fruits, and pollen fossils, contributing to the understanding of ancient plant diversity, evolution, and paleoenvironmental conditions. Active participation in national conferences and presentations on fossil angiosperms further strengthen the academic and research profile.
