Dr. Motiraj Ramdas Chavhan has been serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of History at Bhiwapur Mahavidyalaya, Bhiwapur, and District Nagpur since 1st August 1996. With nearly three decades of rich teaching experience at the undergraduate level, he has made significant contributions to the academic growth and intellectual development of students. He teaches History to B.A. I, B.A. II, and B.A. III classes, covering various papers prescribed in the university curriculum.

He has taught diverse branches of History and adopts effective, learner-centric teaching methodologies to enhance students’ understanding of the subject. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he has been actively serving as a Programme Officer of the National Service Scheme (NSS) for the past 25 years, contributing to students’ social awareness, community engagement, and overall personality development. He also guides and mentors students for academic excellence and provides valuable support in preparing for competitive examinations.
