INTRODUCTION

Asha H. Lanje, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Bhiwapur Mahavidyalaya, Bhiwapur, has been working at the institution since the academic session 2025–2026. She has a total teaching experience of three years, during which she has actively involved in delivering academic content, guiding students, and fostering interest in physical sciences. Through dedication, discipline, and an enthusiastic approach to education, she aims to contribute meaningfully to academic excellence. Her dedication to education and continuous learning contributes significantly to the academic excellence of the department.

  • Qualified MH-SET Examination in 2022.
  • Completed M.Sc. (Physics) in 2018 from PGTD, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, securing First Division.
  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in 2016 from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur with First Division with Distinction.
  • Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination in 2013 with Distinction.
  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination in 2011 from the Maharashtra State Board, Nagpur with Distinction.

Academic Experience
Asha H. Lanje is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Physics at Bhiwapur Mahavidyalaya, Bhiwapur, since the academic session 2025–2026. She has a total teaching experience of three years.

She has actively engaged in teaching, student development through innovative teaching methodologies and academic mentoring. Her teaching experience includes undergraduate courses in core areas of Physics. She has committed to creating an interactive and concept-driven learning environment that encourages analytical thinking, scientific curiosity, and problem-solving skills among students. Along with classroom teaching, she has guided laboratory experiments, project work, seminars, and academic activities aimed at strengthening practical understanding and research aptitude.
Through teaching and academic engagement, she strives to inspire students to develop a deeper appreciation for physics and its applications in science and technology.
