The Women’s Study Centre and Students’ Counselling Centre organized an impactful workshop on ‘Pre-Marriage Counselling: Health & Hygiene’ to equip female students with essential life knowledge. The program featured an introductory speech by Dr. Vinita S. Virgandham and a comprehensive keynote address by Public Health Specialist Dr. Namrata Telang on physical health, hygiene and emotional readiness. Principal Dr. Jobi George and Guest of Honour Dr. Sunil Shinde emphasized their ongoing commitment to the students’ holistic development and empowerment. Recognized as a key quality initiative by IQAC Coordinator Dr. Anita Mahawadiwar, the event underscored the institution’s dedication to focused student welfare. Hosted by Dr. Ravikant Mishra, the successful workshop concluded with an interactive session that successfully fostered proactive health awareness among attendees.
