INTRODUCTION

Lt Dr. Yogesh More, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Physics, Bhiwapur Mahavidyalaya, Bhiwapur, has been working in the Institution since the Academic Session 2019–2020. He has a total teaching experience of sixteen years. He has authored three books and has contributed six chapters in various National and International Books. He has also published twenty three Research Papers in National and International Journals. Additionally, He has granted one National Patent by the Government of India in the field of Solar Panal Designing. He has been sanctioned a Major Research Project under IKS Centre, by the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) Division, Ministry of Education, Government of India, for the academic session 2026–27. He has been received Best Paper Award in the International Conference. His areas of interest include Material Science, Luminescence Dosimetry and Nanotechnology. He is also working as an Associate NCC Officer.

Academic Biography

  • Ph.D. in Physics from R.T.M. Nagpur University, Nagpur in 2016.
  • M.Sc. in Physics in 2009 from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, with First Division.
  • B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) in 2007 from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, with First Division.
  • Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination in 2004 from the Amravati Board.
  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination in 2002 from the Amravati Board.
  • Throughout his academic career, He has maintained an excellent academic record, consistently securing First Division in higher education. Her strong academic background in Physics reflects his dedication, sincerity, and commitment to the field.

Academic Experience
Lt Dr. Yogesh More is working as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Physics at Bhiwapur Mahavidyalaya, Bhiwapur, since the Academic Session 2019–2020. He has a total teaching experience of sixteen years and teaches Physics to undergraduate students.

He has actively guided students in field-based projects such as Synthesis of Waterproof Dosimeters, Accoustic Estimations, Solar Awareness Programme. Under his guidance, the department also conducts various certificate courses and workshops for students.
