INTRODUCTION

• Asst. Prof. Ashwini Kedar is working as an Assistant Professor in the field of Botany. I have around six years of teaching experience, during which I have been actively involved in delivering academic content, guiding students, and fostering interest in life sciences.I have a keen interest in Botany and Life Sciences, with a strong passion for understanding the structure, function, and diversity of plant life. My curiosity extends to various aspects of plant biology, including plant physiology, taxonomy, genetics, and biotechnology. I am particularly interested in exploring how plants interact with their environment and their role in maintaining ecological balance.My areas of expertise include core concepts of Biotechnology, Plant sciences, Phytochemistry, and their practical applications.I am passionate about creating an engaging learning environment and encouraging students to develop scientific thinking and research-oriented skills. With my background in teaching, I strive to inspire students to appreciate the importance of plant science in everyday life, agriculture, environmental conservation, and sustainable development. I believe that knowledge in life sciences not only enhances scientific understanding but also contributes to solving real-world challenges such as food security, climate change, and biodiversity conservation.Academic Biography

  My core teaching areas in Botany include Plant Diversity (Algae, Fungi, Bryophytes, Pteridophytes, Gymnosperms), Angiosperms and Plant Taxonomy, Plant Anatomy and Embryology, Plant Physiology, Plant Ecology, Plant Pathology, and Economic Botany.

  In Biotechnology, I specialize in teaching Fundamentals of Biotechnology, Cell Biology and Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Plant Tissue Culture, Bioinformatics, Industrial Biotechnology, Environmental Biotechnology, and Biostatistics.
