We at a Glance

Established in 2012, the Department of Physics offers Physics to all aspirants of B.Sc. programme. The Department conducts Bridge courses for the first students as per the syllabus designed by staff of this Department. The Department also conducts Remedial Classes for slow learners and offers guidance to Advance Learners. The Department has flexibility in conducting tests, tutorials, seminar etc. The Departmental Library is enriched with a variety of reference books, E. -Books and video lectures on Physics. The Subject Literary Association involves in various co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The Department extends the extension activities beyond the classroom by conducting field visits and by arranging guest lectures from eminent personalities. The Department intends to take lead role under the able guidance of Lt. Dr. Yogesh More (Ph.D., M.Sc. Physics) in bringing revolutionary changes in the society through scientific and research activities.

  • Organised UGC sponsored One Day National Seminar on, English Studies in Transnational Environment: Society, Culture and Language‟ on Thursday, 20 April 2017.

Many of our Alumni are well placed in the field of Education as Asst. Professors and School Teachers, Police Sub Inspector in Govt. of Maharashtra Police, Bank officials in State Bank of India & Punjab National and as Army Personnel in the Indian Army.
