We at a Glance
The Backward Class Youth Relief Committee’s, Bhiwapur Mahavidyalaya, Bhiwapur
started Economics Department for Under Graduate students in 1990 & the Post Graduate
students in 2003. The Department also works for guiding the research scholars who are pursuing
Ph.D. as the Head of the Department has recognition as the Ph.D. Supervisor by Ph.D. Cell,
Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj, Nagpur University, Nagpur. The Department of Economics is
actively working not only in teaching the prescribed syllabus but also for developing the overall
personality of the students. To achieve this aim, Economics Department organizes several
curricular and co-curricular activities in which the students are encouraged to participate.
