This vital skill-development program was conducted in collaboration with P.A.A.S Skill Training Institute, Nagpur, which serves as an implementation partner of SPEFL-SC (Sport, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skill Council of India). The intensive practical sessions were held at the Bhausaheb Mulak Memorial Indoor Sports Complex on the college campus under the expert guidance of the designated trainer, Miss Neetu Wagh. Aimed at empowering girl students with critical tools for physical fitness and personal safety, the entire training program was smoothly executed under the supervision of the coordinator, Dr. Vinita S. Virgandham, who serves as the Member Secretary of the Women\u2019s Study Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
