    Asha H. Lanje is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Physics at Bhiwapur Mahavidyalaya, Bhiwapur, since the academic session 2025\u20132026. She has a total teaching experience of three years.<\/p>\n

    She has actively engaged in teaching, student development through innovative teaching methodologies and academic mentoring. Her teaching experience includes undergraduate courses in core areas of Physics. She has committed to creating an interactive and concept-driven learning environment that encourages analytical thinking, scientific curiosity, and problem-solving skills among students. Along with classroom teaching, she has guided laboratory experiments, project work, seminars, and academic activities aimed at strengthening practical understanding and research aptitude.
