His extensive career in academia spans over three decades, marked by 30 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and 21 years at the postgraduate level. Since 2010, he has been an influential research guide, successfully supervising Ph.D. scholars with three candidates having been awarded their doctoral degrees under his expert mentorship. Prof. Dr. Shinde is a prolific contributor to the subject of Economics, having authored five books and published more than 90 research papers across prestigious National and International Journals, Seminars and Conferences. His research aptitude is underscored by the successful completion of a UGC Minor Research Project. Furthermore, he has demonstrated significant organizational leadership by completing Two UGC Sponsored National Seminars, Two Self-Organized National Seminars and one ICSSR Sponsored Regional Conference by Vidarbha Arthshastra Parishad and holds Life Membership with both the Indian Economics Association and the Vidarbha Arthshastra Parishad.[\/vc_column_text]
