Beyond the classroom, she is a recognized Subject Matter Expert for syllabus drafting at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, Ahmedabad, and the University Institute of Technology, Gadchiroli.<\/p>\n<p>Between 2022 and 2025, she played a pivotal role in institutional governance as NAAC and IQAC Coordinator where she drove accreditation standards and authored critical documentation, seminar frameworks and quality reports.
